Simple Dish 1:
My little attempt to cook a very.. very simple dish. There's so many mouth-watering food blogs out there with deliciously beautiful photographs; inspiring me to cook! And of course take lots of photos.
Time taken(includes preparation) : 35 minutes
Ingredients:
1. Spinach
2. Garlic
3. 2 tbs oil
4. Salt
5. Soy Sauce
Wash spinach & remove stems from leaves
Chop garlic
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into heated wok
Add in garlic, followed by spinach. Sprinkled some salt
then stir-fry.
Cook for 1-2 minutes/until wilted. Test it, add some
soy sauce if needed
Done! It's now ready to be served. Simple as ABC!
